Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design test strategies. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Tosca. Execute test cases, analyze results, and document defects in test management

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design test strategies. Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium or Tosca. Execute test cases, analyze results, and document defects in test management tools. Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with healthcare standards. Participate in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across systems. Support production validation and post-deployment testing as required.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in EDI testing (Functional + Automation). Deep understanding of US Healthcare domain particularly HIPAA transactions. Proficiency in Selenium or Tosca for automation. Solid experience with Functional testing, test case design, and defect management. Familiarity with SQL and database validation. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured). Knowledge of ETL / data validation testing. Exposure to DevOps pipelines for test automation integration. Familiarity with Healthcare payer or provider systems
