Role Mission
Build, maintain, and scale reliable automations and AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across Prop Firm Match. This role turns ideas into production-grade systems using n8n, Python/TS, and API integrations, ensuring high reliability, observability, and measurable business impact.
Requirements
Top 6 Performance Objectives
Outcome: At least 3 production workflows live within 90 days, saving time or reducing errors by measurable %.
Deliver high-impact automations for core workflows (first 60-90 days; ongoing) Take 3-5 priority processes from scoping to production automation (Ops, Growth, Content, CS, Risk). Build using n8n + Python/TS logic modules. Deliver MVP versions fast, iterate based on feedback
Outcome: All new workflows are understandable, reusable, and extendable by peers within 20-30 minutes.
Build robust, modular, and well-architected workflows (ongoing) Translate business rules into modular, reusable workflow components with a clear separation of concerns Implement retries, structured error handling, alerting, and idempotency across all critical workflow paths
