Top 3 responsibilities

Develop and execute baseband test strategies and comprehensive reporting for IoT products

Conduct specialized hardware testing (power, temperature, charging, battery, audio, LCD/TP/ESD) and verify part/material replacements without quality loss

Verify testing tools/techniques; analyze, locate, track, and resolve hardware testing faults; participate in project quality reviews; explore new testing methods
Must-have skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications/telecommunications; >3.5 years hardware testing experience in mobile/IoT

Proficiency with PCBA/R&D testing processes and hardware testing requirements for IoT/mobile modules

Knowledge of baseband indicators and testing methods; strong understanding of testing principles

Job Description
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the quality and performance verification of our IoT product baseband hardware.
Core Responsibilities
- Test Strategy and Reporting:
-
Be responsible for the baseband testing of IoT-related products.

Develop comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
-
Ultimately output complete testing reports for verification.
- Specialized Hardware Testing:
-
Master testing related to baseband indicators (e.g., SI, PI), power supply, power consumption, charging, temperature rise, battery level, audio objectivity, TP, LCD, and ESD.

Effectively verify the replacement of parts and key materials.

Confirm that the replacement of parts and materials will not affect the performance and quality of the product.
- Tool and Technique Verification:
- Be responsible for verifying hardware testing tools and testing techniques.
- Fault Analysis and Resolution:
- Responsible for analyzing, locating, tracking, and resolving hardware testing faults in terminal products.
Participate in project quality reviews to provide evaluation recommendations.5. Research and Development
- Responsible for researching new hardware testing technologies and exploring new methods to improve efficiency and coverage
.Job Requirements
Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in communication or telecommunications.

Experience: More than 3.5 years of work experience in hardware testing related to mobile phones and IoT products.

Language: Proficiency in English is preferred.
Technical Skills

Testing Processes: Familiar with PCBA and overall R&D testing processes.

Hardware Requirements: Proficient in hardware testing requirements for IoT or mobile wireless modules.

Baseband Knowledge: Familiar with baseband indicators and their meanings, and testing methods.
