We are seeking a Quality Architect specializing in Test Automation to lead and design large-scale, maintainable, and extensible automation frameworks and solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define strategies and drive continuous improvement in testing processes. Responsibilities Design large-scale test automation solutions with deep technical details Work closely with business teams to identify and understand project requirements Design test automation frameworks that are maintainable, extensible, and modular following industry best practices Create and maintain shared test automation frameworks and solutions for use across multiple projects and programs Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies including roadmap, tools, frameworks, and approaches Evaluate and select appropriate test automation tools for various purposes Monitor and report on key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and release cycle times Oversee manual and automated testing efforts covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, tools, and techniques to support digital transformation Perform architecture reviews and audits to ensure quality and compliance Establish project necessities and goals to achieve successful solution deployment Participate in full-cycle pre-sales activities including RFP processing Communicate directly with clients during solution architecture design and implementation Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices Provide leadership and proactive engagement in architecture activities Requirements Extensive experience of 14+ years in quality architecture and test automation Proven leadership skills in guiding technical teams and architecture engagements Strong background in designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch Proficiency in hands-on coding using Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript Deep knowledge of web and API automation, testing strategies, and test runners Experience with architectural and design patterns, clean coding principles, and quality gates Ability to estimate and manage firefighting and testing efforts effectively Experience with microservices architecture and best practices for building test automation frameworks Excellent skills in code reviews and maintaining testing artefacts Strong technical consulting and solution designing capabilities Experience in pre-sales activities and client communications Nice to have Experience with AI implementation and GenAI tools Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Familiarity with agents and multi-cloud platforms (MCPs) Show more Show less
