Role & seniority: Senior Quality Assurance / QA Engineer with a strong Salesforce specialization (6+ years)
Stack/tools: Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud); Salesforce testing tools and methodologies; automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar); Agile/Scrum
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce, integrations, and custom apps
Identify, document, and track defects; coordinate with developers and business analysts for timely resolution
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce instances; participate in release management (smoke tests, post-deployment validation)
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field; 6+ years in QA with Salesforce focus
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, and/or Experience)
