We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to convert complex business problems into consumable technology solutions. They will be required to

• Work with Data Scientist and others to improve algorithms, implement machine learning and AI concepts
• Direct and motivate project team to execute system designs including but not limited to; developers (all levels), Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Assurance
• Have an ability to understand and work across multiple applications
• Interact with other technical teams to complete technical and design reviews of others solutions for impact and effectiveness
• Be the expert technologist that can explain designs and needs to other technologists, along with all levels of business users
• Serve as the escalation for complex troubleshooting
• Documenting and creating development standards and policies for teams to follow
• Work with the development Senior Manager to continually develop and mentor other developers

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Java Web Frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, Spring security)
• Knowledge of software architecture and implementation patterns
• Proven team leadership experience
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Agile experience
