Reporting To: Director – Quality Assurance Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance strategy and execution across global teams. This role demands a visionary professional who can drive innovation in testing practices, champion an automation-first mindset, and seamlessly integrate QA into Agile and DevSecOps environments. You will collaborate closely with senior engineering and architecture stakeholders to shape the future of testing within our organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Define and evolve QA strategy, methodology, and automation framework. Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing principles across all development teams. Align QA practices with DevSecOps and Agile delivery models, ensuring continuous integration and deployment readiness. Technical Expertise & Execution Provide hands-on leadership in functional and non-functional test automation, including performance, security, and integration testing. Lead the evaluation and implementation of modern QA tools and technologies (e.g., Playwright, Postman, Bruno, Virtuoso, Cucumber, SOAP UI, JMeter). Define and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure and improve testing effectiveness.
