Role And Essential Functions
The Assembly & Test Operator is responsible for performing a variety of simple to complex assembly and test functions with minimum supervision. This position operates the required testing equipment to ensure readings and recorded values are accurate and meet all specifications. An Assembly & Test Operator utilizes all necessary gages and other measuring equipment to ensure that final assemblies meet the customer specifications and other dimensional requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Must demonstrate manual dexterity. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Must be able to read and understand blueprints. Working knowledge of machine shop mathematics. Must demonstrate effective English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of relative manufacturing experience.
