Role & seniority: Tosca Automation Engineer (entry/mid-level) via Tricentis Skills Upgrade Program; eligible for integration into client delivery teams after training

Participate in Tosca test automation training and apply guidance from a mentor
Create and maintain automated test cases in Tricentis Tosca; analyze business processes and prepare test scenarios
Collaborate with development and testing teams on automation projects; work with testing support tools and CI/CD
2+ years in manual or automated testing
Knowledge of core software testing concepts; analytical thinking; willingness to grow in test automation
Experience in SAP testing; API and database experience
English at least B2; residence in Poland with Polish fluency
Tosca certification (Product Consultant) or basic knowledge of Tosca, Selenium, UFT, etc.

As a Tricentis Partner, we carry out a wide range of projects related to TOSCA solutions, so we are launching recruitment for the Tricentis Skills Upgrade Program - an intensive development program that prepares you for the role of Tosca Automation Engineer and for working in the area of test automation using the Tricentis Tosca tool.
We work on international projects for leading corporate clients such as SAP, Sanofi, ABB, Roche and Volvo. Our team has been awarded the title of Tricentis Partner of the Year 2025 in the CEE region, and on a daily basis we benefit from extensive training and certification programs including Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad and LiveCompare.
Upon completion of the training, the best individuals will be integrated into our teams implementing automated tests for clients in the financial, automotive, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries
Your tasks
Participate in Tosca test automation training program under the guidance of an experienced mentor Creating and maintaining automated test cases in Tricentis Tosca Analysis of business processes and preparation of test scenarios Collaborating with development and testing teams in automation projects Working with testing support tools (Tosca, test management systems, CI/CD)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in manual or automated testing Knowledge of basic software testing concepts Analytical thinking and willingness to grow in the area of test automation Experience in SAP testing Practical knowledge of APIs and databases Good knowledge of English - min. B2 Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language
Nice to have
Individuals with Tricentis Tosca certification (Product Concultant) or basic knowledge of test automation tools (Tosca, Selenium, UFT, etc.).
