Responsibilities Your primary responsibility is to guide and execute the integration of new software and hardware into test center's existing framework of test rigs. This includes proactively identifying information gaps, analyzing requirements from product development teams, and ensuring smooth, issue-free integration processes. As part of a project-driven environment, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and following up on integration activities. This includes managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet project milestones and quality standards. Collaborating closely with colleagues, your role will involve advising and developing software, with a particular focus on test bench integration, communication and automation (CAN-network and Python). You will support continuous project improvement by contributing to risk assessments, reporting status updates, and maintaining clear communication channels between teams involved in software development, testing, and validation. Develop documentation to standardize and ensure consistent operation across all test rigs by setting and using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance testing quality and efficiency. You will be working in the R&D Test Center department where hybrid transmissions, and prototypes are assembled, tested and validated.
