What You’ll Do Develop feasible test plans and define test content based on application requirements. Identify and secure test vehicles for R&D personnel, ensuring testing proceeds as planned. Conduct comprehensive functional testing of products, identify software/product issues, and ensure their resolution and verification with the R&D team. Communicate effectively with R&D departments throughout all testing stages to ensure accurate inputs and outputs. Establish and maintain long-term testing resources with 4S shops or repair facilities, proactively expanding resources to meet all project needs and provide necessary test environments.
You Are Educated with a college degree or above in an automotive-related major. Possessing strong learning, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experienced in new energy vehicle maintenance or general automotive maintenance, with a solid understanding of vehicle principles and fault analysis. Proficient in using automotive inspection equipment, with rich experience in diagnostic tools and system inspection. Skilled in office software, hold a B1 driver's license, and are familiar with roads in Europe and surrounding cities. Demonstrating a strong sense of quality and service, excellent execution, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
