Your challenge
As a Quality Assurance Test Expert, you lead the testing for medium and large development projects. You design optimal solutions for the high-quality testing of our technology, define and guard the overall setup of our test environments and automation framework, and apply your expertise to complex testing challenges.
You Are Responsible For
Developing best practices for software testing, delivery, and educational materials. Informing senior management about long-range planning and challenges with respect to the quality of our solutions.
As a Quality Assurance Test Expert, you’ll be part of a large, fast-growing, international Quality Assurance team located in Belgium (Antwerp, Ghent, Wavre), Spain (Barcelona), Ukraine (Lviv), and the US (Atlanta). Quality Assurance identifies and tracks the weak spots in our software. With thorough testing, and a systematic analysis and review of the entire software development cycle, the team oversees, controls, and optimizes our solution’s overall quality.
About You
A bachelor's or master’s degree or similar by experience in the field of supply chain or industry solutions. experience to do the complex testing and having agility in coordination of tasks, getting overview on testing for bigger epics. Experience in more web ui and automation oriented. At least 10 years of experience in a software testing role with a strong background in testing methodologies, tools, processes, and automatic test creation and execution. Knowledge of scripting language like JavaScript or Python. A solid technical IT background. A passion for improving the quality of software products. The ability to work in a structured way and follow procedures, while simultaneously keeping a clear overview at all times. An eagerness to learn combined with resilience to time pressure.
Bonus Points If You Have
Working experience with web applications and continuous integration testing (Docker Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.). Expertise in specific quality areas like performance and security testing or test process improvement. A certificate in software testing (ISTQB, TMap, WAPT).
