Salary: MXN 25,000 per month
Role & seniority: Mid-level QA Tester (on-site in Queretaro, Mexico)
Stack/tools: Manual and automated testing; Testim, Katalon, Selenium, or Cypress; Azure DevOps; Agile/Scrum; basic CI/CD understanding
Design, execute, and document manual and automated test cases for user stories, bugs, and reactivations
Audit and maintain automated test results; perform functional/integration/stress/volume testing
Identify, report, and track defects; collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution and quality
3+ years in software testing with web and/or mobile apps
Strong manual testing skills: test case design, execution, defect reporting
Experience with test automation tools (Testim, Katalon, Selenium, or Cypress) and collaboration on automation efforts
Familiar with Agile/Scrum, sprint ceremonies, defect triage; basic CI/CD and version control (Azure DevOps)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and commitment to quality
Basic scripting in JavaScript or Java
Exposure to AI-driven test automation or advanced automation coverage
Location & work type: Queretaro, Mexico; full-time, on-site role
Requirements
*Perform testing of assigned User Stories, Bugs, and Reactivations *Design and implement manual and automated test cases *Audit and maintain automated test results *Functional/Integration/Stress/Volume testing. *Identify, report, and track software bugs *Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution *Ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards
*Strong proficiency in manual testing, including test case design, execution, and defect reporting. *Familiarity with test automation tools such as Testim, Katalon, Selenium, or Cypress, with the ability to support or collaborate on automation tasks. *Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and the softwaredevelopment life cycle. *Basic scripting knowledge in languages such as JavaScript or Java is a plus. *Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Azure DevOps). *Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration. *Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. *Ability to design and work with AI-driven agents to enhance test automation and coverage
Benefits
