You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Quality Engineering team you will secure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough automated testing strategies. As a Senior Associate you will focus on functional testing, API automation, and mentoring junior team members while championing quality from an end-user experience perspective. This position provides an exciting opportunity to enhance testing processes and methodologies while collaborating closely with development and product management teams. Responsibilities - Verify application quality through automated testing strategies - Focus on functional testing and API automation - Mentor junior staff to foster their professional growth - Champion quality from an end-user perspective - Collaborate closely with development and product management teams - Enhance testing processes and methodologies - Analyze testing results to inform improvements - Maintain a standard of quality assurance practices What You Must Have - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 3 years of experience in software testing and automation - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Strong understanding of E2E multitiered web applications architecture. - Proficiency in automation tools such as Playwright/Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, or similar. - Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) - Experience in performance and security testing. - Familiarity with BDD/TDD practices and tools (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow).
