General Summary

• Tests and modifies general systems-level software/hardware, specialized utility and/or hardware. Interprets wireless specifications. Designs test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. Documents systems-level defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to developers. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content. Develops testing programs that assess effectiveness of a new system or modification of an existing system.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Systems Test Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Job Function

• We are working on IoT software Platform testing, includes BSP, Bus, Peripherals, Linux Kernel, Linux Security, OTA mechanism, OS management, System concurrency and Functionality smoke testing.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for IoT software Platform testing work, can undertake part or all tech area independently.
• Platform requirements analysis, test plan designation, test execution, issue triage and tracking, technical deep dive.
• Continuously improve test progress quality and efficiency.
• Other test related work as required.

Skill Requirements

• Know Linux/Android knowledge.
• BS 6+ or MS 3+ experience of embedded products software testing.
• Experience of Platform (BSP, Linux Kernel, OTA, OS, System) is preferred.
• Experience of Wearable/Robotics/Mobile is preferred.
• Capability of automation development is preferred.
• Strong responsibility and excellent cooperation ability.
• Be good at learning new technology.
• Good English skills both in reading and writing.

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
