Role & seniority: Senior Quality Engineer
Stack/tools: Go, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java (one or more); automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, Jest, Mocha, Selenium); CI/CD integration; cloud infra (AWS, Google Cloud); fuzzing and property-based testing; load/stress testing
Refine and implement the QA strategy; build and scale test automation across Engineering teams
Integrate QA into CI/CD for rigorous pre-deployment validation of protocol updates and releases
Develop advanced verification techniques (fuzzing, property-based testing) and conduct performance/load testing; collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality
3+ years in QA engineering, test automation, or software quality
Proficiency in at least one language (Go, Rust, JS/TS, Python, Java, etc.)
Strong automation skills with frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, Jest, Mocha, Selenium)
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps workflows; cloud deployment (AWS/GCP); able to lead and influence teams
Familiarity with open-source, decentralization, and blockchain concepts
Built QA processes at scale in fast-paced environments
Experience with blockchain/Web3 products, crypto wallets
