Define validation plan for NVH, Buzz, Squeak & Rattle per program DVP/VTS guidance; allocate testing (in-house vs outsourced)
Lead external supplier engagement (cost/time alignment); track testing performance and coordinate with stakeholders
Analyze test reports, trigger problem solving via JIRA, raise technical risk/deviations if needed; ensure timely execution and ramp-up of facilities and team
5+ years in automotive development/validation; strong NVH focus (interior/exterior, BiW, chassis, powertrain)
Proficiency with CANoe, INCA; NVH software (AtermiS Suite, LMS Testlab)
Experience with NVH instrumentation (SCADAS mobiles, Squadriga III, Headlab modules)
Solid DVP/validation strategy knowledge; testing standards; subjective NVH assessment (wind/road/operational noise; squeak & rattle)

Position Context: The person developing this function will be the main figure in the Vehicle Quality Validation department for the management of all testing & validation activities related with the following complete vehicle attributes: NVH & Buzz, Squeak and rattle.
Position Responsibilities
To lead the technical definition of the validation plan for the vehicle requirements related with NVH & Buzz, Squeak and rattle; following the program’s DVP and VTS guidance. To allocate the testing activities for the mentioned attributes, deciding if the activity can be performed in House or needs to be outsourced.
Requirements
Education/ Professional knowledge: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer or equivalent work experience (5+ years) with solid knowledge in automotive development and validation.
