Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based test automation frameworks and scripts for functional, regression, API, and integration testing

About the role: We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong Python expertise to join our engineering team and contribute to building high-quality, scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Python development, solid understanding of QA automation practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment. This role will directly support critical, time-sensitive engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Python. Build and execute automation test suites for functional, regression, API, and integration testing. Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases. Implement data validation, schema validation, and model-based testing using Python libraries (Pydantic experience a plus). Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to improving test efficiency and coverage. Analyze test results, report defects, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure timely resolution. Contribute to test strategy, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
