Role & seniority: Senior Technical Product Manager (PM) on the Match Group Core team
Stack/tools: Google Suite; Jira; Confluence; Slack; analytics tools; SQL/BI experience a plus
Lead discovery, prioritization, and execution of verification/authentication features to maximize ROI
Define vision/roadmap, create product specs with business and technical justifications, train internal customers
Collaborate globally with properties, measure success with metrics, build dashboards, and drive process improvements
5+ years in product management, software development, or related agile role
Experience delivering verification/authentication products; domain knowledge in Account Integrity, Fraud Detection/Prevention
B2B/B2B2C experience; ability to articulate API value; strong communication with business and engineering
Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack; data mindset with ability to work with large datasets; problem-solving discipline
Experience with third-party vendors and cross-functional stakeholder management; proactive in evolving environments
Experience supporting multinational, scale-critical systems; exposure to analytics tools beyond SQL/BI
Familiarity with vendor evaluations and integrations; capability to design cross-team information sharing

The ideal candidate has the business acumen to evaluate and execute verification and auth priorities that impact the Match Group brands and the technical background to have collaborative, in-depth discussions with engineers & technology partners.
