Role & seniority: Software Test Manager & Technical Lead (hands-on, leadership + technical).
Stack/tools: mobile app testing (iOS/Android), API testing, cloud backend testing; test automation (Python, Pytest, Appium); CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI); data/ML pipelines; AI/LLM-assisted testing tools.
Define and own end-to-end quality strategy for HealthOS across mobile, backend, and data/ML components; drive automated testing frameworks and tooling.
Lead, mentor, and grow the software test team; foster technical excellence and ownership; collaborate with development, data science, and product teams.
Execute test automation, CI/CD integration, test data pipelines; visualize metrics and communicate quality status; establish KPIs and release readiness.
Proven software testing leadership in a product-driven environment.
Strong hands-on test automation with Python; mobile (iOS/Android) and API testing; cloud backend testing.
Experience with CI/CD tools; analytical, debugging, and cross-functional communication abilities.
