Develop and modify test plans for small–medium projects; document and execute test cases from requirements and design
Create and maintain SQA automation scripts; perform end-to-end testing (GUI, back-end, regression, performance) and record results
Conduct defect root-cause analysis, verify fixes, update traceability matrices, mentor junior staff, and provide QA status updates to leadership
7+ years SQA experience; SDLC/STLC knowledge; moderate back-end QA
Strong SQL and database tooling experience; proficiency with Jira
Experience with test planning, test case/documentation, and defect management
Ability to read/understand HIPAA-related policies; good communication; domain knowledge in healthcare is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree (Majors: Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field preferred) 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance life cycle (STLC) Moderate back-end Software Quality Assurance experience Experience with fundamentals of programming Understanding of SharePoint applications, Webex, Skype, etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio, with a working knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft Office suite of applications Knowledge of defect management tools (such as Jira) Knowledge and moderate understanding of Unix commands Knowledge of database tools (such as Oracle, SQL Server, TOAD) Strong SQL skills Preferred Qualifications Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals Ability to work well in teams Highly organized with analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to task and project changes Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Understanding of the SDLC and STLC Experience Software Quality Assurance multi-tiered applications or transaction processing systems Moderate to high knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools preferred Mid-level expert in performance Software Quality Assurance tools preferred In-depth experience in automation Software Quality Assurance and standards preferred Why us?
