Develop and modify test plans for small–medium projects; document and execute test cases from requirements and design

Conduct root-cause analysis, verify fixes, manage test data, update Requirements Traceability Matrix, provide status to leadership, and mentor junior staff
7+ years SQA experience; 5+ years SDLC/STLC experience; 2+ years back-end QA
3+ years defect management tooling (e.g., Jira)
Strong SQL and database tooling knowledge; Unix command familiarity
Ability to develop test plans, execute tests, and document results
Effective communication and collaboration; domain knowledge of QA practices
Healthcare/Medicare/Medicaid domain knowledge
Experience with SharePoint, Webex, Skype; Microsoft Office suite
Automation and performance testing expertise (Selenium or equivalent)

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) with a preferred major in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance life cycle (STLC) 2+ years of experience with Moderate back-end Software Quality Assurance 3+ years of experience of defect management tools (such as Jira) Experience with fundamentals of programming Knowledge and moderate understanding of Unix commands Knowledge of database tools (such as Oracle, SQL Server, TOAD) Strong SQL skills Preferred Qualifications Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals Understanding of SharePoint applications, Webex, Skype, etc. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications Ability to work well in teams Highly organized with analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to task and project changes Ability to handle multiple projects with varying priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience Software Quality Assurance multi-tiered applications or transaction processing systems Moderate to high knowledge of Selenium or other automation tools Mid-level expert in performance Software Quality Assurance tools In-depth experience in automation Software Quality Assurance and standards Why us?
