A crucial position charged with preserving and improving the caliber of content moderation activities inside an organization is the Moderation Senior Quality Assurance (QA).It will include managing the moderator performance evaluation, making sure content restrictions are followed, and putting quality control measures in place.

Location: Kolkata, India

Create and oversee an effective program for content moderation quality assurance.
Create and implement methods for evaluating the quality of products, such as audits and random sampling.
Doing thorough analyses of their behavior, evaluate the performance of content moderators.
To improve the moderators' efficacy, give them guidance and constructive criticism.
Keep track of each person's and the team's performance.
