Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end STLC processes with a strong focus on automation and continuous quality. Design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable automated testing frameworks and tools. Define automation strategies and quality approaches for complex, multi-service, distributed systems. Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables. Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation. Solid programming skills in at least one of Java, C#, Python etc. Strong knowledge in developing test automation structure from scratch using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress). Experience with GenAI tools Experience in DevOps practices—CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI). Experience in Version Control Systems (Git) and branching strategies. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and issue management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, OOP, design patterns, debugging, logging, observability. Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
