Full Description

Job Description Join our team as a Product & Test Engineer, where you will be responsible for wafer sort support, engineering change management, and technical problem resolution. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Drives product test yield improvement activities by analyses and interpret test data. Coordinate NPI in pilot production & product transfer, work cross functionally with internal and global team to ensure objectives alignment that meets RENESAS standard. Evaluate and implement new technologies to support continuous improvement in manufacturing cost, quality, and delivery performance. Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for low test yield issues, including defining product disposition and corrective actions. Provide technical support for quality issues by leading or supporting root cause investigations, assessing product and process impact, and collaborating closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to implement and verify effective corrective and preventive actions. Develop, maintain, and update technical specifications and documentation, including PFMEA and Control Plans. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Product Engineer in wafer sort or equivalent semiconductor manufacturing environments. Experienced with Teradyne ETS test platforms and TEL probers is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in wafer testing, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives within engineering processes. Solid understanding of manufacturing process. Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge in RPA tools such as Power Automate, Power BI.
