Job Description Lead/Support new product transfer projects. Responsible for product test activities and test program maintenance/development. Test hardware development and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to planning, maintenance, production, and QA team. Review and disposition low-yield production lots, validate reject units, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in related fields, possessing sound knowledge of semiconductor digital device testing concepts as well as device fabrication and manufacturing processes. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English. Expertise in product definition, yield analysis, semiconductor technologies, ATE test methodologies, and project management. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including test and product development, manufacturing, product planning, quality, and failure analysis.
