Role & seniority: Associate-level lead/support role focused on product transfer projects and test activities.
Stack/tools: ATE test methodologies; semiconductor technologies; test hardware development; product definition; yield analysis; root-cause analysis and corrective actions; cross-functional collaboration.
Lead or support new product transfer projects.
Conduct product test activities and maintain/develop test programs; test hardware development and troubleshooting.
Review low-yield lots, validate rejects, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions; provide technical support to planning, production, QA, and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years’ relevant experience; solid knowledge of semiconductor digital testing concepts, device fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken/written).
Expertise in product definition, yield analysis, semiconductor technologies, ATE methodologies, and project management.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (test/product development, manufacturing, quality, failure analysis).
Experience in broader semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Additional programming or scripting for test automation; familiarity with failure analysis techniques.

Job Description
Lead/Support new product transfer projects. Responsible for product test activities and test program maintenance/development. Test hardware development and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to planning, maintenance, production, and QA team. Review and disposition low-yield production lots, validate reject units, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in related fields, possessing sound knowledge of semiconductor digital device testing concepts as well as device fabrication and manufacturing processes. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English. Expertise in product definition, yield analysis, semiconductor technologies, ATE test methodologies, and project management. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including test and product development, manufacturing, product planning, quality, and failure analysis.
