Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an effective quality assurance process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing coverage. Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define test strategies. Identify, analyze, and report bugs, defects, and other quality issues, and work with the development team to resolve them. Participate in design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential issues. Establish and maintain testing frameworks, tools, and automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports for management and stakeholders with recommendations. Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in QA and software testing. Develop user manuals and provide training on the functions to clients. Support monthly project activities and reports, including summaries for clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Experience with test automation tools such is a plus as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Familiarity with reporting & analytics tools and SQL such as PowerBI, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, MySQL. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD pipelines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with API testing, web and mobile app testing, and database testing. Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Industry-recognized QA certifications is a plus, such as ISTQB or CSTE. Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
