About the Role Position Title: Loan IQ Functional Quality Analyst Corporate Title: Manager/ Assistant Vice President Reporting to: Vice President Location: BCIT, Bengaluru Job Profile Position details Loan IQ Business and system testing expert primarily responsible for creating and execution of test scripts. Understand corporate lending businesses to form comprehensive test plans, test executions, summary, exit reports. Testing will include product, integration, migration, non-functional and user acceptance testing. Roles and Responsibilities Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach. 8+ years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service Industry preferred with leading testing workstream for multiple initiatives at a given time. 8+ Years’ experience of Loan IQ is mandatory with established knowledge in Loan IQ workflows and navigation to conduct various transactions. 6+years’ experience in using JIRA and confluence applications Demonstrate knowledge on how to close deals, various trades, and all servicing transactions. Experience in requirement reviews & able to identify, communicate and document discrepancies. Documents findings and preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements. Verifies traceability in project work products. Gathers, maintains and creates reports on quality metrics. Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work streams. Plan, co-ordinate, manage and report on testing activities for all projects. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Undertake project test estimating, planning & tracking, monitoring and reporting for the delivery of a test plan against the overall project plan. Co-ordinate with teams working in different time zones to manage testing for the projects Produce and complete all required testing documentation in accordance with MUFG policies. Clear and regular communication with wider teams on project process. The identification and mitigation of testing product risks and the ability to escalate as necessary to ensure that these are understood in conjunction with a collaborative, pragmatic approach. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the testing of applications in scope for all test phases. Work with a hybrid test environment as part of a collaborative team to ensure goals are achieved Create/Review Test Plans and adhere to the test processes set out in the Test Plan. Ensure any deviation to the test plan is reported to the relevant project stakeholders. Comply with the organization’s governance policies and procedures. Providing user support, including responding to user queries and supplying resolutions and fixes to issues. Support business users with UAT testing Functional / Technical Competencies. Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies Understanding of Quality Processes Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem-solving Proven ability to work to deadlines. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills QA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases Education / Qualifications: ISTQB certification or equivalent Good to have CSM, CSPO, JIRA certifications Job Requirements: Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaboratively interact with various levels of the organization Motivated contributor with ability to take initiative, set priorities, work efficiently/accurately within an atmosphere of frequently changing priorities.
