Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Ansible Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with DevOps, QA, and system teams to automate complex systems in networking, telecom, and cloud-based environments.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for provisioning and configuring infrastructure across environments (on-premise and cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure and deployment requirements. Automate system integration and configuration tasks, reducing manual intervention and increasing reliability. Integrate Ansible automation into CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and debug Ansible-related issues and improve automation reliability. Maintain version control of playbooks and configurations using Git or equivalent. Contribute to the design of scalable and secure automation frameworks. Document automation solutions and operational runbooks for internal use.
Mandatory Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventory management). Strong understanding of Linux system administration and network configuration. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell). Experience with Git and version control practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good English communication (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent).
Nice To Have
Experience in telecom/VoIP systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OpenStack), or virtualization (VMware, KVM). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Experience in infrastructure-as-code frameworks (e.g., Terraform). Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Robot Framework, Postman, Selenium).
