The Quality Engineer is responsible for support and facilitation of the quality system in all company processes to assure ongoing improvements in quality performance and customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with all company departments and processes to ensure continuity in Company quality objectives. And support operations by providing the necessary procedures, practices, and information to assure the quality objectives are met, optimizing overall productivity.
YOUR IMPACT
Assist in directing and managing the implementation of the quality plan as prescribed by quality management. Facilitate the development of Quality Systems to provide consistent inspection and testing to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction. Assist in the development, maintenance and reporting of quality measurements and analysis. Helps determine the adequacy and accuracy of quality standards. Where standards are not available, coordinate their development. Perform special assignments as required. Promote and ensure quality activities in manufacturing and support functions to assure that company objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 1-plus years of experience
Standout Qualifications
Obtain Six Sigma certification and CQE Experience in a weld and fabrication environment.
Pay Range
$63,500.00 - $101,700.00
