Summary Of Position

The Senior Enterprise Software Test Engineer (Test Automation) will be responsible for developing the product test protocols and automating the testing during the entire development lifecycle of complex enterprise software product based on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with other technical staff to create reliable software packages deployable through Salesforce AppExchange. Create and design application and software testing processes. Automate the test scenarios. Monitor system and software functionality. Understand overall feature requirements, test automation framework and develop automation scripts. Ensure the deliverables are entirely functional and provide quality assurance for software products. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes. Collaborate with fellow software QA leads to develop test plans and new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in end-user-facing applications. Establish and implement rigorous reporting and automated monitoring systems. Responsible for developing document artefacts as per QMS process. Perform traceability analysis to make sure no requirements left uncovered.

Experience

8+ years of global enterprise software product testing experience including writing tests protocols and execution. Selenium experience is required. Automation testing experience required. Experience with both manual and automated testing is a must.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY

Experience with modern software testing tools and methods, including validation of object-oriented systems. Qualitia or Salesforce experience is a huge plus. Experience with Atlassian suite of product (Jira, Confluence) Good written and oral communication skills to effectively update status, risks, dependencies. Self-learning capabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills
