Senior SDET at BairesDev

As a Senior SDET, take the lead in creating sophisticated test automation strategies and frameworks. Your role includes mentoring junior team members, integrating advanced testing techniques, and working closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

What you will do

Oversee and strategize the test automation efforts for multiple projects, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDETs, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Drive innovation in test automation and quality assurance practices. Collaborate with senior management to align test automation strategies with business goals. Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance testing capabilities. Ensure seamless integration of testing methodologies into the software development and deployment processes.

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in software testing and development. Strong expertise in test automation, including framework design and maintenance. Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java. Extensive experience with various testing types (functional, integration, system, etc.). Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools. Demonstrated ability to lead quality assurance aspects of software projects. Experience in performance and security testing. Advanced level of English.
