SDET Tech Lead at BairesDev

Join as an SDET Tech Lead, overseeing the technical aspects of test automation. With your in-depth knowledge of software development and testing principles, you'll guide a team of SDETs in building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in testing.

What you will do

• Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance.

• Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews.

• Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality.

• Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure.

• Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes.

• Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization.

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.

• Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs.

• In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.

• Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.

• Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.

• Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making.

• Advanced level of English.
