About the Role Join our engineering team as a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer. You’ll drive test automation strategy, framework design, and quality standards for our software product. Collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver reliable software.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright. Develop test automation strategies aligned to business goals. Conduct performance, API, load, and stress testing using tools like Postman, Gatling, k6, or JMeter. Analyze results, track defects in Testmo and Jira, and ensure resolution. Work with cross-functional product teams to clarify requirements and assure quality. Create and execute comprehensive test plans. Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices. Continuously improve testing processes and tools.
Requirements 5+ years in software testing, focused on automation. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or similar languages; object-oriented principles. Experience with Playwright or comparable UI automation frameworks. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and API testing. Skills in performance testing tools (Gatling, k6, JMeter). Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git. English proficiency (written & spoken).
Nice to Have Experience with AI-driven automation (Playwright MCP server, AI test case generation/self-healing locators). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Prior mentorship or leadership in QA teams.
