Conduct thorough accessibility testing across software products, platforms, and web apps
Document issues clearly and provide actionable remediation recommendations
Collaborate with development teams to enforce accessibility standards throughout the development lifecycle; stay current with guidelines
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG
Experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing tools
Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; collaborative mindset

What You will be doing
Evaluate with Purpose: Conduct thorough accessibility testing on a diverse range of software products, platforms, and web applications to identify potential accessibility issues.
Document Clearly: Identify and meticulously document accessibility issues, ensuring that your findings are communicated effectively to various teams and stakeholders.
Recommend Solutions: Provide actionable recommendations for remediating identified accessibility issues, helping to create a seamless user experience for all.
Collaborate Closely: Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure that accessibility standards are met and maintained throughout the development process.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest accessibility guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure our products remain compliant and user-friendly.
Accessibility Expertise: Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, guidelines, and best practices, with a focus on WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
Familiarity with Assistive Technologies: Experience with tools such as screen readers, magnifiers, and ARIA to understand user needs better.
Testing Proficiency: Experience with both manual and automated accessibility testing tools, along with proficiency in browser debugging tools.
Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot accessibility-related issues effectively.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey findings and recommendations clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to ensure thorough documentation and follow-up on issues.
