About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Automation QA Engineer to join our QA team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Develop and maintain test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or similar. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Continuously improve test processes and automation strategies. Ensure timely execution of test cases and delivery of high-quality releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 38 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation. Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr). Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Good understanding of REST APIs and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
