As a Manager, Quality Assurance, you will join our dynamic team to lead quality assurance initiatives in software development for ship survey and engineering solutions. This role blends manual and automation testing expertise with modern DevOps practices to ensure product excellence.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage QA activities across manual and automation testing streams.
Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts using Jira and X-Ray.
Implement and optimize automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Manage test repositories and version control using GitHub.
Ensure traceability of requirements using Jira, X-Ray, and Confluence.
