We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our enterprise-level ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SIT and UAT testing, with a strong understanding of SCM planning processes using platforms like Oracle SCM or SAP. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP solutions across large-scale enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ERP modules. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate end-to-end SCM planning workflows. Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to develop test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track bugs to closure in collaboration with development teams. Ensure comprehensive coverage and quality assurance in ERP implementation projects. Work with enterprise clients to ensure solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards. Provide timely feedback and reporting to project managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
4-5 years of QA experience in enterprise-level environments. Proven experience in SIT and UAT testing - mandatory. Strong background in ERP implementations - preferably Oracle or SAP. Hands-on experience with SCM planning modules or processes - must-have. Prior experience working with large enterprise clients - mandatory. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with QA tools, defect tracking systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Oracle or SAP SCM modules. Experience with test automation tools is a plus. Exposure to performance and security testing methodologies.
