In this role, you’ll lead our manual testing efforts, ensuring every test case is meticulously crafted, maintained, and executed to uphold exceptional product quality and user experiences. As a key collaborator with product managers, engineers, and designers, you will play a vital role in shaping our testing strategies and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for core AIFIAN app. Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing on Android and iOS applications. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand project requirements. Continually improve testing processes, documentation, and standards. Ensure all reported bugs are well-documented with clear reproduction steps. Develop strategies for transitioning to automated testing in the future.
