We are urgently looking for experienced QA Engineers with strong expertise in mobile application testing (Android & iOS) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. Design, create, and execute detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements. Perform compatibility testing across multiple devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and resolutions. Conduct regression, integration, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Perform cross-platform testing to ensure consistent performance on Android and iOS devices. Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla. Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports and metrics on mobile application performance. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, SIT teams, and stakeholders to ensure proper test coverage. Lead defect management activities and promptly escalate critical issues. Maintain up-to-date mobile testing libraries including test scenarios and test cases. Support business users during UAT and operational testing phases. Manage testing activities, timelines, and stakeholder communication regarding testing progress. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Mentor and guide junior QA team members and promote best practices in mobile testing. Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong focus on mobile application testing. Hands-on experience testing both Android and iOS platforms. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA processes. Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage testing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
