Perform manual QA testing of new and existing features for Poshmarkβs mobile applications (iOS & Android), Web application, and Cloud platform Execute end-to-end, functional, regression, and performance testing Develop and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements and user stories Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools (JIRA preferred) Perform root cause analysis for identified issues and work closely with Engineering and Product teams for resolution Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are closed with proper verification Review functional requirements and design documents to ensure complete test coverage Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases Support multiple projects simultaneously across platforms Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices 6-Month Accomplishments
