We are looking for our next Manual Tester

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related;
• Previous experience working as a Manual Tester or in a similar role within software quality assurance;
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies;
• Understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes;
• Knowledge of various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
• Ability to design, write, and execute detailed test cases and test plans;
• Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test scripts, test scenarios, and defect reports;
• Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, TestRail, or Quality Center;
• Ability to log defects with clear, concise, and reproducible steps;
• Meticulous attention to detail to identify even the smallest discrepancies and bugs in the software;
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret requirements and translate them into test cases;
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and determine root causes;
• Ability to think critically and creatively to anticipate potential issues and identify areas for improvement;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders;
• Ability to document and convey complex information clearly and concisely;
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple testing tasks simultaneously;
• Experience in working under tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks based on project requirements;
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, CSTE (Certified Software Tester), or other recognized testing certifications;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
