Project Scope

• Automation of data extraction and presentation for fast, accurate and effective data analysis, which is critical in high volume manufacturing environment with huge amount of data on both product characteristics as well as testing performance;
• Test flow optimization projects based on understanding of device characteristics and testing platform capabilities, which is very important for testing cost efficiency and on-time delivery of our products to customers
• Develop and maintain scripts to auto crunch the data and identify the correlations;
• Develop a script to study and provide detailed analysis on test time for every device.
