Job Description
We are seeking a driven and passionate New College Graduate to join our team as a Test Engineer. In this role, you will sustain product ownership and ensure that test yield, test time, and test quality meet stringent requirements in a dynamic High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) environment. You will also contribute to automation initiatives by building test tools for data analysis, data visualization and reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring and sustain new flash memory products to market while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Test Excellence.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Optimize Test Strategies: Execute comprehensive test plans to balance test time, yield, and quality. Perform troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement on assigned products.
Automation Initiatives: Design and develop test tools to automate data analysis, visualization, and reporting, improving efficiency and accuracy in test operations.
Execute and Collaborate on Engineering Solutions: Assist in implementing innovative engineering solutions to meet project requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
Support Innovation and Cost Efficiency: Drive adoption of cost-saving solutions such as Test Time Reduction (TTR) and new test platform enablement. Contribute to CAPEX reduction through innovative test strategies.
Technical Expertise and Support: Provide technical support for electrical failure analysis, addressing issues related to RMAs, production, reliability, and DPPM improvement.
Technical Communication and Documentation: Prepare clear technical reports, work instructions, test equipment guidelines, and specifications.
NPI (New Product Introduction) Support: Participate in NPI projects, assisting the test development team to ensure smooth transfer of test technology from the mother site to mass production.
Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical training sessions for technicians, fostering knowledge transfer and technical sharing for team development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Basic knowledge of Python and SQL for programming and database queries. Understanding of data analysis, software development fundamentals, or electronics basics (depending on specialization).
Preferred
Exposure to machine learning concepts and data visualization tools. Familiarity with Python, Visual Basic, HTML, SQL,C++ or Java programming. Knowledge of electronics or embedded systems (for E&E graduates). Experience with API integration or web development through projects or internships.
Skills
Ability to read, understand, and write basic code in Python, SQL, C++, Visual Basic, HTML and Java. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Highly self-motivated, passionate about innovation, and committed to continuous learning. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
