Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and test procedures for new products. Execute manual and automated tests on prototypes and pre-production units. Document and report test results, issues, and anomalies. Collaboration Work closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to understand product requirements and specifications. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback from a testability perspective. Test Development Support the design and setup of test fixtures and test environments. Learn to develop basic automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and languages. Data Analysis and Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to identify trends and root causes of failures. Prepare clear and concise test reports for internal teams. Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements to test processes and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest testing techniques and tools.
