Job Description Job Summary: The Quality Control Analyst II works to provide suitable resolutions to incoming product quality issues. Gathers relevant information together for stakeholders to make educated decisions on non-quality products across brands, regions, and channels to deliver consumer satisfaction and drive a continuous-improvement culture. Responsibilities: Develops close working relationships with business partners to understand objectives and ensure that issues are closed swiftly while driving consumer satisfaction. Works closely with key cross-functional stakeholders from areas such as manufacturing, product development, sourcing, materials, and the supply chain. Identifies product-exposure data statements gathered from various brand, region, and channel systems through digital analyses. Acts as a key contact for all quality-related product failures within the organization, ensuring consistency in remediation methods to enable consistently high output quality Ensures product failure data completeness and correctness and acts as the single point of contact for all non-quality performance-related topics. Handles continuous communication flow between all liaison offices and international stakeholders to enable quality improvements and to make sure that processes are followed. Acts as a subject matter expert on visualization tools, quality documentation, manuals, and SOPs. Provides training when necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Additional Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. • Typically requires 2-4 years of professional experience, and general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the textiles/apparel related field • Experience working with the physical product, such as in product development, manufacturing, quality, etc. • Proficient in the use of visualization tools.
