Job Description

Drive product delivery and project management across assigned product features, ensuring strong alignment between business needs and system workflows. Collaborate on system design and product requirement reviews to improve workflow efficiency and product quality. Analyze business processes to ensure new features meet business objectives, while identifying and resolving live issues promptly. Plan and manage system updates, bug fixes, and feature releases on a bi-weekly basis. Develop and execute test cases for new products and features. Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. Manage project tasks and track progress by utilizing project management software. Take charge of the end-to-end implementation process for project work plans to achieve expected deliverables. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams with little or no guidance to ensure project goals are successfully achieved. Identify and assess the impact of risks by piecing together information during project execution to minimize negative outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital project delivery or product delivery with exposure to banking product development life cycles and system behavior. Familiarity with test case design methodologies for creating well-documented and effective test cases. Possess analytical thinking and a strong attention to detail to effectively understand business processes, validate requirements, and spot inconsistencies in system design. Strong ability to communicate effectively, particularly in writing clear and concise test cases, and articulating project updates and technical concepts to stakeholders and team members. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering, design, and business stakeholders) to ensure project goals are achieved.
