Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / QA Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Test Management, QA Delivery, and Automation, and deep domain exposure to Internet Banking & Mobile Banking platforms. The role requires hands-on testing leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ownership of quality across digital banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Test Management & QA Delivery for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications Define and execute test strategies, test plans, estimation, scheduling, and governance Own functional, regression, integration, UAT, and automation testing cycles Drive automation strategy and implementation (UI, API, regression suites) Manage QA delivery across Agile / SAFe / Hybrid delivery models Ensure quality across digital channels, backend systems, APIs, and integrations Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, DevOps, and Vendors Track and report QA metrics, risks, defects, and release readiness Mentor and manage QA teams, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements
