Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable test automation frameworks Define automation strategy, best practices, coding standards, and test guidelines Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk, business impact, and execution frequency Implement UI, API, and end-to-end automation using modern automation tools Perform code reviews and ensure automation quality, stability, and reusability Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams Integrate automation test suites into CI/CD pipelines Monitor and report automation coverage, execution metrics, and stability trends Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation frameworks and best practices Ensure timely execution of regression, smoke, and sanity test suites Required Technical Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Strong experience with Playwright / Selenium / Cypress Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript / Java Solid understanding of API testing (REST APIs, Postman, REST Assured, Playwright API testing) Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows Experience with test design patterns and hybrid automation frameworks Familiarity with test reporting tools (Allure, Playwright Reports, etc.)
